I ask many questions and I love to meet employees to learn about their experiences and visit the manufacturing floor or lab space. I integrate my observations with what you tell me about your company and will bring this holistic view to our meetings.

As a consultant I bring positive attitude and work ethic to the table. I’ve been told my enthusiasm as a consultant is “catching.” I love to work hard and leave a lasting positive impact!

Areas I Offer Consulting*:

• Lean manufacturing and quality improvements including Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Time Studies, Implementation of Quality Control (I am experienced at determining useful metrics), Six Sigma projects, and Change Management surrounding Lean transformations

• Exploratory data analysis (including cleaning and categorization of data sources) and presentation of key findings

• Scientific contracting (software implementation, laboratory setup, method improvement, and research for life sciences and pharmaceutical industries)

• Improvement in ERP utilization, assisting with planning and carrying out ERP Implementations from software selection and testing phases through training and rollout

• Virtual Data Room software selection and setup for life sciences/biotech startups

• Technical writing: Business plans, scientific papers, technical presentations, business fundraising presentations, management presentations, training documents such as SOPs and slide decks

• Creation of Brand Templates: Vector image creation from bitmaps, Branded PowerPoint templates, Word documents, and brand guides including recommended colors and fonts.

• Live streaming: setup of streaming software and hardware, testing, and recording for professionals on LinkedIn Live
