I’ve currently wound down my consulting and coaching business to focus on a full-time role in manufacturing but I do have limited availability for networking and coaching.

For a summary of my career and where I am now, here is my LinkedIn page.

I highly value the relationships I’ve built over my career and in my recent International Coaching Academy journey and am interested in further developing my professional network. Feel free to reach out to my email at Cyndi@helpfulcolleague.com if you’d like to chat and aren’t in need of any business services at this time.

Outside of Work

I value spending time with family, friends, and opportunities for continuous learning. I love being outside and planning our garden, growing and learning to preserve food, playing soccer, or watching my young daughter explore. In my pre-mom days I spent a lot of time backpacking, hunting, and rock climbing, things I plan to pick back up in the next two years.

Books I’m currently reading (29 Mar 2024):

  • The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg (on Spotify)

  • The HeArt of Laser Focused Coaching: A Revolutionary Approach to Masterful Coaching by Marion Franklin

  • Systemic Coaching: Delivering Value Beyond the Individual by Peter Hawkins
